My approach

The Enneagram is considered by many to be one of the most, if not the most, effective tool for personal and professional growth. Unlike other assessments like Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and StrengthsFinder which describe or predict behavior, the Enneagram is a dynamic model that reveals the core motivations that drive behavior. Once you and your team have awareness, I empower you to consciously begin to make different choices, resulting in new neuropathways and long-lasting transformation.
